Nadine earned a BA Degree in Business and Communications at the University of Michigan and furthered her education with an MBA in Marketing. Her career includes significant assignments with major consumer product companies including Kmart Corporation, Hershey Chocolate, Inc., Nestle SA, La-Z-Boy, Inc. and Global Communication Network where she opened the first authorized BlackBerry® store. Nadine has been an active board member of the Detroit Chapter of the American Marketing Association for over 6 years and is currently teaching Marketing and Public Relations at the university level as an adjunct professor in order to continuously be inspired by students and hone her own skill set. Nadine is currently working at Thetford Corporation serving the RV and Marine industries where she brings a wealth of practical experience in the areas of public relations, promotional marketing, research analysis and trade show development and sits on the PR committee of the RV International Association (RVIA). Nadine and husband Ron Burns have developed EveryMeeting.com over the last several years to meet the needs of professional meeting organizers, as well as the associations they work with. The site helps organizers with a one-stop to promote upcoming meetings and events, as well as find resources surrounding those events. The site has garnered the incubator support of Ann Arbor Spark and the MEDC and is currently in their second investment stage.
