All Winner's photos and write-ups will be published in
Michigan Meetings and Events Magazine
The Grand Prize Winner’s name, catering company and recipe will be published in a special “Michigan Catering” section in Catersource Magazine’s on-line edition and emailed in the Catersource Newsletter, Get Fresh.
The Grand Prize winner will also receive free tuition to the 2010 Catersource conference and Trade show a $1000 value!
- All recipes entered must contain at least one product made and sold in the State-Of Michigan.
- To aid in Tourism, special consideration and attention will be shown to Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsular.
- During first hour, all attendees will sample recipes and vote by secret written ballot. Sample will be on a center table and numbered.
- All participants must supply food samples at their booth for the attendees based on amount of tickets sold.
- $100 per both sold will go into a general fund to be disbursed to all participants to cover the cost of food and second and third prizes.
